Great stay - went over my birthday weekend. Owners made a great fuss - decorated the room and received a car and small gift. Comfy room - very clean and tidy. Nice friendly little bar, good outside space, parking and very convenient for tram.
Water glasses in bathroom - the only thing missing

The whole experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was huge and tasty. The room was clean and more than large enough for the two of us. Overall this was great value for money and the hotel derves its excellent reputation.

For families looking for a cozy escape
Paul and Tina were cute, even treating us to hot chocolates for the kids when we returned cold from the Pleasure Beach. It was like they really cared about making our stay special.
It wasn't inexpensive, but for the quality and service, it was acceptable.

The twin room was a box room, not enough space to move around; tight fitted odd shape , beds were also placed in odd position, very tiny tv, low mirrored cupboard , very tight fitted shower unit; not appropriate for a big person to shower. No privacy

great experience with minor delays
The sea views from our room added a serene touch to our stay. Breakfast was a highlight. The selection was flavorful and beautifully presented.
Check-in took a bit longer than expected due to a system issue.
